Executive Summary
Direct energy is one of the largest providers of retail
energy services in North America. This translates to over 5
million customers that rely on Direct Energy to provide
information and up to date information on how energy impacts
their lives.
In 2004, Direct energy contacted Mambo Interactive to
redesign their global website. They needed an interactive
partner that would be able to work with other Direct Energy
Agencies, and be able to integrate offline content into the
online realm.
In only 60 days, the global brand site was launched - on
time and within budget. The Direct Energy website was a
brilliant extension of the brand into the online space –
with integrated content and design that reflected offline
marketing initiatives.
Objectives:
To work together with the other agencies involved, gather
materials, analyze best translation into interactive media,
and provide a final product that should go live at the same
time their direct mailing and broadcast.
The Results:
Based on these stellar results, Mambo Interactive was tasked
with working within other marketing channels for Direct
Energy - such as email marketing, banner advertising, and
micro site development. Clearly, Direct Energy is confident
in the work done by the team at Mambo.
